Pelaksanaan Rekrutmen Dalam Pemberdayaan Alumni di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Pamekasan

Human resources who play the main role in mobilizing all organizational activities are very important to be maintained and cared for as well as possible so that they can provide maximum contribution in efforts to achieve organizational goals. The implementation of good and structured recruitment is an important stage in efforts to obtain quality human resources. In addition, alumni empowerment is also a positive step in efforts to utilize the potential of alumni to be adopted into educational institutions, because emotionally they actually have a high sense of loyalty and dedication to the institution. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study research type. The results of the study showed that the enthusiasm of alumni to play a role as part of the school, on average around 98% of the teachers at SMKS Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata are alumni of the Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Islamic Boarding School. Recruitment efforts were carried out by utilizing school organizations under the auspices of the Islamic boarding school, namely the Bata-Bata Student Association (IMABA) and the Bata-Bata Islamic Boarding School Alumni Association (IKABA)
