Pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Daeah E&C RDMP Balikpapan

Job demands and the dynamics of the work environment are determining factors in creating work fatigue, which can potentially impact employee performance. Therefore, it is important for companies to regularly conduct workload analysis to achieve alignment and improve overall employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of workload on employee performance at PT. Daeah E&C RDMP Balikpapan. This research adopts a quantitative method, focusing on theory testing by measuring research variables numerically and describing the data using statistical procedures. Total sampling was used, so all 40 employees were included as research respondents. The results of this study indicate that the workload variable has a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) and a β value of 0.434. This shows that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
