Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT PLN Indonesia Power Unit Bisnis Pembangkitan (UBP) Mahakam

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and workload on employee performance at PT PLN Indonesia Power Generation Business Unit (UBP) Mahakam. The study was conducted on 106 respondents who were selected through a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaire instruments and analyzed by multiple linear regression, t-test, F test, and determination test using SPSS software version 25. The test results show that organizational culture and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. A strong organizational culture has been proven to drive individual performance through the creation of a conducive work environment, while a balanced workload also strengthens productivity. These findings confirm the importance of cultural management and workload management in improving organizational effectiveness, particularly in strategic industries such as power generation
