Pengaruh Fleksibilitas kerja dan Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan Pada Coffe Comunitas Tenggarong

This study aims to examine the influence of work flexibility and work-life balance on employee productivity at Coffee Comunitas Tenggarong. A quantitative approach was used through a survey method, and data from 30 respondents were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed with multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that work flexibility does not have a statistically significant effect on employee productivity (p = 0.181), although descriptively it is perceived positively by most respondents. In contrast, work-life balance shows a positive and significant effect on productivity (p = 0.012). Simultaneously, both variables exhibit a moderately strong positive relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.634 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.401, indicating that 40.1% of the variance in productivity can be explained by work flexibility and work-life balance. These findings underscore the importance of structured and supportive work policies to enhance employee performance effectively
