Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PDAM Di Kota Samarinda

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Samarinda City. The research employed a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consisted of 86 respondents who are active employees of PDAM Samarinda. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed directly to the respondents and analyzed using statistical software. The results showed that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings indicate that the application of an appropriate leadership style can enhance employee performance in carrying out their duties and responsibilities within the PDAM Samarinda work environment.
