Abstract

Penelitian membahas tentang Dompet Dhuafa yang merupakan filantropi yang cukup besar dan terkenal sampai ancang negara tapi di salah satu cabangnya masih memiliki banyak kekurangan yaitu di cabang Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis penelitian bersifat kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja amil yang bekerja di DD Sulsel dalam meningkatkan penghimpunan ZISWAF di Sulawesi Selatan. Data ini diambil dari tiga informan penting dan telah di wawancarai yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang di teliti. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini sumber data yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data mencakup data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Kondensasi data, Tampilan data dan Menggambar dan memverifikasi kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan Pendekatan fenomenologi. maka penulis menarik kesimpulan penting yaitu semua strategi yang dilakukan oleh Dompet Dhuafa Sulsel sudah sangat mengcover setiap masalah yang dihadapi, meskipun ada beberapa masalah yang tidak bisa di atasi karna faktor eksternal
 
This research discusses Dompet Dhuafa, a considerably large and nationally renowned philanthropic organization, yet one of its branches, specifically in South Sulawesi, still faces numerous shortcomings. This study employs a qualitative research approach with the aim of analyzing the performance of amil (Zakat administrators) working at Dompet Dhuafa South Sulawesi (DD Sulsel) in increasing the collection of ZISWAF (Zakat, Infaq, Sadaqah, Waqf) in the region. The data for this research were obtained from three key informants through interviews related to the research problem. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. This study utilized both primary and secondary data sources for data collection. Data analysis was conducted through data condensation, data display, and drawing and verifying conclusions. Based on the research findings using a phenomenological approach, the author draws a significant conclusion: all strategies implemented by Dompet Dhuafa South Sulawesi comprehensively address the challenges faced, although some issues remain unresolved due to external factors.
