Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Pada Perusahaan Transportasi Publik Kota Bandung

This study is motivated by ongoing issues of work discipline, such as employee absenteeism and tardiness, which indicate low levels of job satisfaction, work motivation, and organizational commitment. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on organizational commitment among employees of the Bandung Public Transportation Company. This research employs a quantitative approach with descriptive and verificative research designs. Data were collected through questionnaire distribution and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that job satisfaction, work motivation, and organizational commitment are at a fairly good level but still require improvement. Partial testing shows that both job satisfaction and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Simultaneously, the two variables also have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The study concludes that improving job satisfaction and work motivation plays an important role in strengthening organizational commitment. Therefore, the Bandung Public Transportation Company is encouraged to continuously enhance its reward system, work environment, and managerial support to improve employee performance and service quality.
