Abstract

The purpose of this study is how the communication pattern of da'wah improves the spirituality of the study of marhamah, and the image of Ustadzah Roni Rezqita Siregar according to the congregation. This study uses descriptive method using qualitative methods. The data obtained from informants amounted to 6 sources of data used in this study observations, interviews, and documentation in this study used data analysis available from several sources, namely observations that have been written down in field notes and then personal documentation, and photographic images. The stages in the data analysis process are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification. Based on the results obtained from this study, the communication pattern of da'wah delivered by Ustadzah in this Marhamah Study went well and smoothly. During the delivery of the da'wah material delivered, many pilgrims can understand and apply it in their daily lives. Ustadzah has a good image and is friendly to his congregation.
