Currently, electricity is a primary and essential need for human life. A Micro-Hydro Power Plant (MHPP) is an environmentally friendly renewable energy solution that utilizes water flow to generate electricity on a small scale, particularly for remote areas. This study aims to compare the actual power output with the theoretical power output of a Micro-Hydro Power Plant (MHPP). In this study, technical data such as water discharge, head, and component efficiency were measured and analyzed to calculate the theoretical power using the basic equation of water potential energy. The calculation results show that the maximum theoretical power that can be produced is +792.9 kW, while the average actual power achieved during the observation period is 740 kW. The resulting operational efficiency is 93.33%, with a power deviation of 6.67%. This study concludes that the MHPP still has excellent technical performance, as it can produce actual power close to the theoretical power and remains relatively stable.
