Pengaruh Motivasi, Kepemimpinan , dan Produktivitas terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa faktor yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan seperti motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan produktivitas. Motivasi merupakan suatu dorongan atau usaha keinginan yang ada dalam diri manusia yang dapat mengarahkan seseorang agar mampu mengerjakan tugas dengan baik sehingga kinerja karyawan menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik angket. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perhitungan hasil angket variabel motivasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan (2) Berdasarkan perhitungan hasil angket yang diberikan kepada karyawan Terminal Petikemas Belawan, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kepemimpinan (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Dari tabel ANOVA menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi (X1), kepemimpinan (X2), dan produktivitas (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada Terminal Petikemas Pelindo I Belawan.
This research is motivated by several factors used to improve employee performance such as motivation, leadership, and productivity. Motivation is an encouragement or an effort to desire that exists in humans that can direct someone to be able to do tasks well so that employee performance becomes better. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire technique. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that (1) the calculation of the questionnaire results of the motivation variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and (2) By the calculation of the results of the questionnaire given to Belawan Petikemas Terminal employees, there was a significant influence between Leadership (X2) on employee performance. (3) From the ANOVA table shows significant results, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is a significant influence between motivation (X1), leadership (X2), and productivity (X3) on employee performance (Y) at Pelindo I Belawan Container Terminal
