This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Sumut Medan City directly or indirectly. The approach used in this research is an associative approach ... The population in this study were all employees of the Branch Office of PT Sumut Medan City which amounted to 744 people. The sample in this study used the Slovin formula which amounted to 88 employees at the PT Bank Sumut Branch Office in Medan City. Data collection techniques in this study using observation techniques, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using the Outer Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Test. Data processing in this study used the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study prove that directly Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Motivation has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Work Discipline has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance. And indirectly Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable at the PT Bank Sumut Medan Branch Office.
