Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Perempuan Melalui Keterampilan Komputer untuk Pengembangan Kewirausahaan: Studi Pada Alumni LKP YPA Handayani Bulukumba

Mastery of information technology by women is a key factor in enhancing economic independence in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the impact of computer training on women's economic empowerment through the improvement of digital skills. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, conducted at the Non-Formal Education and Training Center (LKP) YPA Handayani Bulukumba. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving eight female alumni, one instructor, and one training manager. The findings reveal that computer training significantly increased participants’ digital competence from 25–45% to 75–90%, and 75% of the alumni successfully applied their digital skills to establish small businesses in document services, digital design, and printing. Furthermore, participants’ average income increased by 55%, accompanied by higher self-confidence and active social participation in technology-based economic activities. The implications of this study indicate that non-formal computer training can serve as an effective strategy to build an inclusive and sustainable digital entrepreneurship ecosystem at the local level.
